At Nurthex India, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with your order, we offer a clear and simple Refund & Return Policy to help resolve any issues.

Please read this policy carefully to understand how to return or exchange a product, as well as the conditions under which a refund can be issued.

1. Eligibility for Returns

You may return your purchase if it meets the following criteria:

  • Damaged or Defective Products: If the product you received is damaged, defective, or not as described on our website, you are eligible for a return.

  • Incorrect Product Received: If you receive the wrong item, we will offer a return or exchange.

  • Unopened and Unused Items: You can return products that are unopened and unused within 7 days of receiving the order.

Please note that certain products cannot be returned due to hygiene reasons or regulatory policies:

  • Personal Care & Health Care: Products in this category are non-returnable due to safety and hygiene concerns unless they are defective or damaged upon arrival.

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following products are not eligible for return:

  • Products that have been used, opened, or tampered with.

  • Items from the Personal Care and Health Care categories (except in case of defects).

  • Products purchased from third-party sellers through our marketplace.

3. Return Process

To initiate a return, follow these steps:

    • Your order number

    • The name of the product(s) you want to return

    • A brief description of the issue (damaged, defective, incorrect product, etc.)

    • A clear photo of the product and its packaging (if applicable)

  2. Return Authorization: Once we receive your request, we will send you a return authorization and provide instructions on how to return the product.

  3. Packing the Product: Please securely pack the item in its original packaging along with any included accessories, manuals, and paperwork. Ensure the product is unused and in its original condition.

  4. Return Shipping: The return shipping cost is the customer’s responsibility, unless the return is due to a mistake made by us (e.g., defective or incorrect product). We recommend using a traceable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we are not responsible for lost returns.

4. Refund Process

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email regarding the status of your refund. If the return is approved, a refund will be issued to the original payment method used at the time of purchase.

4.1 Refund Timeline

Refunds may take up to 10-15 business days to process, depending on the payment method and your bank or credit card provider’s processing times. Please note that the time taken to reflect the refund in your account may vary.

4.2 Refund Method

Refunds will be processed via the same payment method used for the original purchase (e.g., credit card, debit card, net banking, or UPI). If you paid through an alternative method, we will provide you with a refund through the same payment method.

5. Exchanges

Currently, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item for a different product, you will need to return the original product for a refund and place a new order for the item you want to exchange it with.

6. Damaged or Defective Products

If you receive a damaged or defective product, please follow the return process outlined above. We will offer you a full refund or exchange, including shipping costs (if applicable).

6.1 Reporting Damaged Products

You must report any damage or defects within 7 days of receiving the product. Any damage or defects reported after this period will not be eligible for a refund or return.

6.2 Refund for Damaged Products

In case of a damaged product, we will issue a full refund, including the original shipping charges (if applicable), provided that the product is returned to us in its original condition.

7. Order Cancellations

If you wish to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible. Orders can only be canceled before they are shipped. Once the order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled, but you may return the product after receiving it.

8. Exceptions

  • Sale or Discounted Items: Items purchased during special promotions, flash sales, or discounts are eligible for return only if they meet the return criteria mentioned above.

  • Gift Cards: Gift cards are non-returnable and non-refundable.

  • Return Shipping: If you are returning an item due to a mistake on our part (e.g., defective or incorrect product), we will cover the return shipping costs.

  • Non-Defective Returns: If you are returning an item for any other reason (e.g., change of mind), the return shipping cost is your responsibility.
